Am I ruining my Diet?


By eating in Instead of Out
Just don't want to get that big again.
Fixed lunch to day and had School-Boy sandwiches (made with ground sirloin) on Honey-Wheat Rolls, Sweet Potatoes, and (with iceberg lettuce, mixed with specialties lettuce, apple, cucumber, tomatoes, plus topped with Fat Free raspberry pecan dressing.
