Time to get Back on Track


My Lunch
8 inch Salad Bowl filled with variety of lettuce, avocado, apples, sliced cucumber, tomato, mushrooms, nuts, imitation crab and topped with Raspberry Pecan Dressing.
After eating Fish,
Shrimp and Spaghetti, All that you can Eat, plus a few other meals that one should not indulge in this last week.
